Sprint Dealer Support Phone Number #6

Sprint's had a rocky few years. Poor customer service through the phone service carries into the store and customers often give poor ratings on surveys for the specific rep they worked with in the store, instead of rating the customer care poorly and the in store representative high.

She told me it was an annual membership (Sprint subscribers can actually become month-to-month members, which is the offer's biggest appeal), though she did get the monthly cost of $10.99 correct. I had a Sprint phone already, but it had uh succumbed to the lure of gravity a few times too many and was on its last leg.

I had to go through several layers of management to get to a person that would listen and finally terminate the service on my Sprint phone. Sprint is half the size of its next largest competitor, but that didn't stop a number of you from having significant complaints about the company, its service, and the way it treats its customers.

In some instances, she said, Sprint determines that the customer's problem has already been solved and there's nothing more Sprint can do. In other cases, "some people were calling and being abusive, and acting in a way that was unprofessional; so the issues were varied," she said.

1 line has a broke phone which will be upgradeable in 7 months so rather than spend unnecessary money we would like to jus upgrade the phone by paying it off and sprint give us the credits due so we can move on to a new phn undrr a new lease agreement which to me would be the best moving forward and financially sound so im not wasting resources.

He pointed out that 60 percent of U.S. Cellular customers in affected cities have let their contracts lapse and cellphone the large majority of them use feature phones. Verizon and AT&T may have more available wireless spectrum but most of it is in use for existing 3G and LTE networks.

We have been having problems with it, so called Sprint and was told it needs to be replaced.Spring no longer makes that model but they sent a replacement for what we had to a Sprint store for me to pick up, which I did.I had asked for something that was what we had before as we were happy with it.

He stated he needed to speak to his manager, "why wouldn't the manager come out to speak to me." they said you need to pay the $800.00 I told them I do not have $800.00 I want the phone turn back on and keep my account open with the I phone 8 with my monthly payments, he told me again pay the $800.

Forgetting the Base - Although Sprint has been actively recruiting new customers, its incentives have been largely unavailable for current subscribers This has added to the churn rate, and motivated some of the post-paid losses. Now I'm paying money I can't afford on a plan I don't want and don't need but at least I have a phone.

Having now given up on getting the phones corrected (I was told by Curtis and his friends that there were no 616 numbers left and they were having trouble transferring my existing Nextel number to Sprint because the company was still having difficulty combining services) I called back to get phone return instructions.

This merger is kind of the same situation — the phone you have in your hands will probably work just fine throughout its normal life even if the name of the company you pay each month changes. I have already planned to move my account to different service once my contract is over.
